A quick primer on setting up and using the Storage Genie Mobile App
Storage Genie Set-Up Instructions
(see Set-Up video link below)
1. Search for "Storage Genie" on the App Store or Google Play
2. Download and open app
3. Follow App Instructions to Set-Up Account
4. Make sure Enable Location or Allowed Location are selected to ensure automatic opening
Please note: The Storage Genie app does not allow tenants to open the street-facing gate after the gate closes at 9PM daily.
