Address Updates
It is very important that you notify our office whenever your address or phone number changes. We are required to communicate with you via the address of record, and a check submitted with a new address does not change the address of record. Please submit address/phone changes in writing, with the signature of the party whose name appears on the original contract. You may use this change of address form if you prefer, or update your customer record at our automatic rental center.
Late Payments
Payments are late at 9AM of the sixth day past your anniversary/due date. At this time, a facility lock will be placed on your unit and a late fee will be applied to your account. If your payment is ten days late, a lien will be placed on your unit and you will be notified by certified letter. Please pay close attention to any communications regarding late accounts.
We recommend that payments on past due (late) accounts be paid by cash, money order, or credit/debit card. If you choose to make a late payment by check, your unit will remain overlocked until the check clears the banking system, which generally takes ten days.
Our automatic rental center is available to accept payments every day from 6:30AM to 9PM.
Returned Checks
If a check is returned to us for any reason (such as insufficient funds), we will assess additional fees to your account (as allowed by state statute) and deny you access to your unit until the payment is resolved. Unfortunately, once an account has had a check returned, we are no longer able to accept checks on that account.
